Thank you for your comment! It´s just click&pawl, at 7:08 you can (barely) see two shells with a spring between the two. One shell has a tip on the end which engages with the black drag wheel, the other shell is pushed by the drag knob to adjust the spring tension.

Well, I´m sorry but I can´t provide drawings or parts lists, as I do not work from drawings. Just some sketches, but most of the design goes from brain to hands without a detour of drawing the parts.

@@victormarconato8601 Victor, I just watched the series. I have a Sharp mill and lathe in my garage, used primarily for one off work for sports shops. I couldn't do this even with plans and drawings. This is tremendously impressive. To visualize this in his head. Wow!
