making a frameless windscreen for my flightcraft ski boat

This is my first Ski boat rebuild and I thought I would share my experience.
It was fun, frustrating and I have learned a lot along the way.
I always like to be a little different, so instead of just replacing the Perspex into the original frame, I thought I would have a go at making a frameless windscreen. wow what a mission. I don't think I explained exactly what i wanted clear enough to the Perspex guy but I am now happy with the outcome. you will see in future videos how good its come up. I didn't want to use any sort of adhesive. I did use some 10mm adhesive foam strip from Bunnings and that sealed it nicely and filled the small gap along the bottom where it meets the boat.

Where type of perspex is this ? Thickness, does it come tinted? What size angle did you use and what time screws? What size angle are you using

I can find out if you like im not sure of the type of perspex. yes it came tinted. it was 10mm thick. angles had to change severall times on install it was alot of testing and adjusting.

How thick was the 50 aluminium l bar
