Foraging for greens, berries, pinecones, etc. can be as much fun as looking for the right tree. This wreath is so nice and full. Really beautiful.

Thanks so much! I totally agree, it's really fun to find all the different materials! I think I like this even more than looking for a fresh tree!

Absolutely gorgeous! I asked my sister who is flying back from Colorado to forage with me when she returns. She declined. Lol. I cannot go by myself as the last time I visited the mountains a LARGE coyote was hanging out near me as I was taking photos of the juniper berries. I may just end up going to a wholesale florist and look at the winter items. Your videos are very wonderful and relaxing. Thank you, Jenny!

I'm so jealous. The only evergreens that we have around here (Central Texas) are Live Oak (not good for a wreath), flat leaf cedar, and isolated trees successfully planted in someone's yard (better not use those). I love where I live, but regret that I cannot forage as you can.
@JennysWreathBoutiqueАй бұрын
I had to drive north about an hour and a half to forage for the evergreens. All the other good options were in other people’s yards too, and I agree, probably shouldn’t pick those! Lol
@terryolson196Ай бұрын
I'd love to make a fresh wreath, but a member of our family had pine/fir allergies, so I have to stick with faux greens. Yours is so pretty! ❤

Wow wow gorgeous. Thank for this video. How do u make sure no lil bugs are hidden in the greenery? What did you spray it with to maintain its freshness?
@JennysWreathBoutiqueАй бұрын
Thanks so much! You could hose it all down before bringing it inside to get rid of any bugs, but I didn’t do that. Thankfully I didn’t come across any bugs. Probably because it was so cold out. Then I sprayed with wilt stop when I was done to keep the moisture in. I linked that in the description

Oh My!!! What an amazing wreath! We can't forage for pine around here, so I enjoy seeing everyone else's. I have a question, how do you get the sap off your hands?
@JennysWreathBoutiqueАй бұрын
Thanks so much! Oh bummer! Maybe you can grab some trimmings from a tree farm or even get some from a florist. And the sap comes off just fine after scrubbing with some soap and hot water.
