For me this is kind of ironic I have a couple of Orphan Furbies here myself. Back when I used to have a eBay account I rehomed quite a few of them I kept finding them dumped and abandoned multiple times one of them was ironically a gremlin model that was missing an ear that I found in a trash can I think it was a Walmart parking lot trash can. I'd randomly get them at yard sales or find one on the side of the road that sort of thing right now I've got a later model Furby with the really weird digital eyes that's sitting on a shelf here and if I do some poking around yeah I see the other little bugger I've got one that's kind of janky and missing an ear gray and I think pink it was the last one that I found on the side of the road where somebody throw it a box of toys a few years ago. Nobody wants it because the fur is all jacked up and he's missing an ear. I don't know why some people find them creepy. It's funny that the NSA didn't just reverse engineer one and confirm whether or not they were being used for spying on them. Would have been simple enough to yank one apart.

this is probably never gonna get read but, would you be able to put out a separate, one-off download for the furby files anywhere other than pootreon? I'd join just for them but the price is way too expensive in my local currency-- more than a regular used furby!

Technically speaking, you could join, download them all, and then leave, only paying for one month. That part in the face that you put a sticker on, the kinda fan shape between the eyes is where a light sensor is for the furby, mostly it can tell if it's in the dark or if there's a sudden bright light. If it's in the dark furbies usually go to sleep.
@AustinBradley
@AustinBradley 8 ай бұрын
Correct! And it also uses it to communicate with other Furbys via specific infrared codes, which just happen to match the codes in a lot of TV remotes- so you can actually control a Furby (to a degree) using a TV remote! That's how I got a large majority of the sounds for this project.

Hey Austin! I’m a viewer from Evan & Katelyn! Just wanted to let you know I loved this video, and great job on this project! While I can’t imagine all of the hardwork and dedication that went into this project behind the scenes, this video helps me imagine! I’ve been subbed to E & K for a couple of years now. And this video is the foundation of what made their original content great! A “blursed” idea brought to reality. I hope this collab brings you the success you deserve! Keep up the great work, I look forward to what you put out in the future!

Thankfully I saw you video at the top of the suggested feed for theirs and came to watch this first. Crazy good "behind the scenes." Perfect ending! Now to watch the final beautiful abomination.

I said this on E&K's video and I'll say it here too. This is horrifying and I love it!

I started the E&K video, saw it was a collab thing, and immediately came over here to try to experience this process vaguely in order

You could make the neck much thinner. This is going to sit on top a quadrapod body, not standing alone. So it doesn't need a wide base.

Thanks for assisting in the creation of my new worst nightmare. Honestly though that turned out awesome and was cool to see how you pulled it off. Really great cursed work. Now off to go find ways to never fall asleep again.
