Finally a clear, high quality video of someone making a girder. This channel is quickly becoming 1 of my favourites

Good stuff. FYI to those looking to buy a tube notcher the BuildPro ATN100 tube notcher is way more adjustable, and cost is 1/3 of a Baileigh.

Yea the Baileigh is stupid expensive. Really the limitation I had was with the cut depth of the hole saw more than anything.

looking good! i've had lots of girders over the years; always liked them. the way you split the curve makes me think of those crocker girders.

So much to do! I just got the brake calipers in, I have to figure out how I’ll mount them.

Hello, great video stability and comments. Your ideas are great and your work is nice and will get much better as you do more of these jobs and I am very impressed. What materials did you use for the complete front end? what big rods were you using? how have the needle bearings been since assembly? how do you feel about what you made? and what problems do you feel you had that the rest of us mere mortals will face when building the same sort of front end. Really great job, cheers from Australia.

I just posted part 2 yesterday so it will probably be minimum a few weeks before I get part 3 put together. I still have to figure out brake calipers, and handle bars.
