This video is about MPC sampling, i this case the MPC studio, but it works on the MPC ONE, MPC LIVE, and MPC X aswell. Im focusing on the sampling basics for beginners, where i show how to chop, and how to slice a sample for beginners. Im using the MPC slice feature and im also pitching it in the mpc program editor. The Video overall is inspired by J Dilla, like J Dilla Sampling techniques. This technique is not just by him but was also use by DJ Premier, 8th Wonder, Madly, alchemist and is also a MF DOOM sampling technique.

MPC Studio is definitely a great piece of gear. People get too wrapped up in standalone vs not instead of just making music. MPC studio is fully featured and even has advantages over the standalones

Beat should've been made on mpc live 2 or older mpc like a mpc 5000, cus it dont have that texture & dynamics, it dont sound like great quality, it sound like it need some mix downs, but fire beat, just sound quality I don't like,
