I have a Dara holster and they are imo the best holster on the market. My g 40 has streamlight tlr-1hl and a red dot and the holster has suppressors height sights and leg strap. The leg strap is crucial

Quick question, have you ever had you heat presses silicon pad fall off the top section of the press? If so, what did you use in order to hold it on?

The silicone pad stays on the bottom. The heated plate is on the top. Unless you have a completely weird machine lol

@@FalTacUnlimitedLLC lol, no its a rotate to the left or right version like you had in a vid making a Sig 1911 with QLS. There was an orange pad attached to the top heating element (or just stuck to it) and then a white-ish colored pad on the bottom plate. Do i not need the pad between the top plate and the material or just the silicon sheet paper work? Sorry, I just got this heat press from a garage sale on friday for $90 no instructions lol. But i did make a crazy Mug lolz...

im trying out a unique approach to this, i made a full 3d model of my gun and tlr9 in fusion360, with all the gaps and stuff filled in, and the holster mount built in. it should theoretically be a 1 piece complete mold for a kydex holster. im gonna print it with 5 shells so it will be stronger under heat and pressure

Just remember kydex is almost 400⁰ when forming. So make sure you filament can handle that

@@FalTacUnlimitedLLC im planning to insulate it with a few layers of tape, but thats definitely my main concern. how long does kydex stay hot after its out of the oven in your experience?

Enough to melt it hahah ask how I know. But there is a filament out there than can handle it. I bought a cnc to make my own molds. Just need a 3d scanner now
