That was very cool. Quick question: I am a total newbie wanting to make boom bap style hip hip beats as a hobby only. I am trying to keep my costs down, especially since it will only be a hobby. I was thinking about the MPC Studio II, but I am thinking that maybe the MPD 218 is all I might need. The 16 level feature is a feature I like a lot, especially for playing basslines. I noticed in the video that it appeared that you had a bass note in 16 levels, but there isn't a dedicated button on the unit for 16 levels. How were you able to do it? And lastly, will the MPD work seamlessly with FL Studio, or would I have to learn the MPC software? Thank you kindly. And I just subscribed to the channel.
@JRCee Жыл бұрын
I always used the MPD 218 with FL Studio. I've never even tried the MPC software. And about the bass, there's different ways to sample: you can take a song and chop it with fruity slicer, or in that case, you take a .wav sound of a bass you like, go to the piano roll in FL Studio, and start playing the pads. You'll see that you get the 16 levels. Thank you for your support man! 🙏
