What weight of leather did you start with and what was the weight after you skived it down? and is it Veg tan that you are using?

first of all thanks for visiting our channel, answering your question the leather when I buy it is always 3-4 oz natural veg, I paint it myself so I get more colors as an option, I don't have the gauge to measure but it's like 2oz after of skiving, to be able to wrap and look good on the edge, I hope to have answered your question, best regards bro! ✌🏼
