Making a mallet out of HDPE / Plastics recycling

In this video I show how I hammer an HDPE out of a pile of plastic. The processing was very tedious, but the result was wonderful. HDPE also lasts longer than any other mallet.

Cutting my plastic up into small pieces to melt I use either. Scissors offline cheap one from harbor freight for a dollar or 10 snips for the thick plastic but then we're good and then blisters everything goes well. Jim

Is the white strip inside the tin can made from metal??

I didn't put the white stripe in there. this is the solder joint of the tin can... best regards

I have seen dozens of HDPE mallet videos, but I still enjoy them. Good work! I can't wait to see your nect HDPE video. :-)

Thank you, yes, I have a few more things planned with HDPE, but you still need to be a little patient.
