Hi Chris perhaps when you hammered the carrier end flat you made the whole thing 4 inches longer: then when he teled in the boom section caught it and pushed it backwards and up thus trapping the hose and trying to bend it into its original length

I'd agree, the bends make it shorter so it was longer when flat and the boom tried to push it back past the anchor point.

I once did up a Perkins 6354 and put chrome rings on the pistons and fitted them to chrome bores the smoke was fantastic 😂

Cheap canopy idea chris… suction cups put on the van then clip a tarp with some old tent poles and a bit of string for guy ropes you can tie it up anywhere then 🎉

You can get a nice little awning that bolts to the side of the van and extends out. They are only around 200 quid and will save your ass so much in the rain. Will pay for itself in time saved very fast.

I had the same problem with my jcb loadall. The rail got bent and it kept shredding pipes. I had to suffer the cost of a £750 new rail in the end 😮😢 😮

Teletrucks ain't t that bad when get used to them lol I get most of them now for our.dealership including the electric ones had plenty booms and pipes out of them and auxiliary hoses on side are another issue if not been made to the correct lengths got one on site at minute that may need.the holes.on the boom line bored for the main cariage pin any help need with telentricks or jcb always happy to help keep up the good work and the good videos always enjoy them

That tray must have dropped once it was boomed out and once the boom was retracted it must have caught the end of the tray and pushed it back and bent it and once it bent so far back it popped onto the boom and then stayed in a position that the boom slipped under it, you would of thought JCB would of made the tray a bit longer so when it was fully boomed out it couldn't have chance of dropping off it and welded a metal roller on the end of that tray so the weight of it didn't droop once the boom was extended.
