I've been sewing for 2 years and I don't consider myself an expert because I never took any classes, my work still looks choppy and imperfect but if there's something I've learned is that saying "eh,that works" is NOT allowed. Any time you think "that's good enough" it won't be, I promise you. It WILL show in the final product and that annoying attention to detail is what makes the difference between something that looks good and something that looks bad. Redo it, measure like 4 times and triple check every pin placement before you start sewing, if something moved, too bad, rip the seams and start over. Someone who's work looks neat is not because they're lying about being begginers. It's because they're more patient and put the time and effort in the tiniest details

@@angelsanchez6028 i know but why always show just the "perfect side" if all show the back stage of the work it's still inspiring AND encouraging for others to give more and be patient... It can be frustrating sometimes to see all these well done garments when all you can do is a floppy piece with no grace! I know that beginnings can be tough but seeing this short really was a revelation for me... It was a well needed reminder... So thanks a lot to this gorgeous lady she filmed what i see on daily basis trying to sew... i needed this ❤️
