I just started & I always take crates, they hold 5 items.. you can hold 7 crates or something… so many more items to travel with as I acquire stuff. 25days & going very strong straight out of gate👏🏼

I have another question Is there something I gotta do to get the shark's to attack? I've tried tossing spears at them literally have gone straight in front of them and hit them with my refined knife and nothing. I can't kill them at all, I can kill the fish and grouper plus crabs but for whatever reason not the shark's. My settings are set to default and if I step on a crab it hurts me so im confused.

Icheck to see if your wildlife is set to passive .. if it is set it to default

You're most likely trying to attack small reef sharks, which you cannot interact with - just like the stingrays, sea turtles, etc. The sharks that you can actually interact with are much bigger: hammerheads, tiger sharks, goblin sharks, and great whites.

I can make your construction a little easier granddaddy for instance your raft video here you don't have to pick up all the stock in your characters inventory just stand next to the pile you can quick craft or you can go into the construction menu grab your boat raft and bring it wherever you got to go just stand next to your pile of supplies don't worry about taking the items into your inventory just stand next to him he'll make a day easier happy gaming

My favorite rafts I would build when I played was, Canopy in the back center where the rudder is. Then left side I placed a sail pointing left and a sail on the right pointing right. Behind those sails, I'd extend the raft and make one forward and one backwards. I'd leave the front of the raft open for the anchor and build around it. That way, when I was sailing around, I didn't have to let the rudder go to change whatever direction I wanted to travel or when I wanted to stop moving. 🥸

That's similar to how I've been building my rafts. I heard you can get the canopy in the center line like he tried, by starting the raft small building canopy and then building onto the raft around it.

I've built a raft the same size. It has a mixture of wood raft, plank floor and corrugated floor. When I try to place the still it won't put it on the raft. It just shows in red beneath the level of the raft. Not sure why? I thought maybe having a canopy already on it was in the way. So I demolished it. But that didn't work. I'm literally standing on the raft or beside it on the rocks or in the water. Nothing I try works.

With mods you can look through nexus mods you will find the stranded wide project has a great deal of mods one of which allows you to build on rafts. Don’t believe me see for yourself I have videos showing the mods under my modded stranded deep.

I can't get the water still or the fire to snap to the deck of the raft. On another note.... I want to see somebody build raft bridges.

Raft bridge won’t work a lot of people have tried. When you save and reload it will break where the two island tiles connect. And you need a mod to place items on a raft.
