Do you know you're an amazing role model? You're one of the best makers around, I'd say! You keep a clean shop (as in organized, we all know about chips, and dust, and shavings) and you can code, and you do amazing machining, and you listen to calming string-typed music (yesyesyes) *and* you have a freaking amazing window in your shop *_and_* you are a genius Congratulations to you, my good sir. I hope to be like you one day. Keep inspiring.

Great video! Actually you don't need to make those cubic nuts yourself. There are off-the-shelf ones available, which I used in my project.

AltMarc Thanks! I use hexTronik DT750 Brushless Outrunners for now, I'm not sure if i'm gonna keep them, but I'll try it with those first.

Amazing Video! I was just wondering that Which routing table do you use? Is this your workshop? What is the cost of setting up such workshop? Thanks in advance :)

Great work! But why didn't you use countersunk screws for the corners?
@KrisTemmermanNP9 жыл бұрын
lego getriebe Tnx! Thats the plan, but its kind of tricky, the plates are 3mm thick, which is also the "sink-height". So I got to get a decent countersink first and do some tests. And in the worst case I'm gonna use button type screws.

Not that I want to be that guy but... the reamer would have worked better if you mount it in your mill chuck and the work piece on the table because that makes sure it is square. The reamer makes a perfectly round hole but the hole itself can be at an angle. The reamer doesn't make the hole parallel to the work surface. That is determined by the operator. Just something I wanted to share because your work deserves the attention its great workmanship.

Great job making all these videos Kris! I was wondering, why are you using the router mounted on your mill to cut the aluminum plates?
@KrisTemmermanNP8 жыл бұрын
+Goating Thanks, The main machine only goes up to 3000rpm. for aluminium, wood, and small parts you like to have a higher rpm
