Making a Slingshot / natural fork

How to make a Slingshot from a natural fork,to make this slingshot I used a nutural fork, that I cut from the branshes of a nearby public tree trimmed a few day ago, for the pouch I used leather from a old pair of boots and for the rubber bands used Thera Band Gold rubber.
This is my funny version of making a video no longer than four minutes. I thought about making this video after reading something about KZbin videos, they suggest making videos no longer than four minutes to grab the viewers attention!
Well my videos, or some of my videos are much longer, will this be the one? Not!

Hello Koplop, you can slowdown the video to see better how I tied the rubber bands, on the bottom right corner of the video screen press on the Gear Wheel Icon and on Speed chose the one that will better for you. Thanks for the comment

Hello 2LatelWon, I don`t recomend any one making full videos on fast fourth, this was just to make something diferent and at the same time see the diferent reactions from the viewers, some hated it, and others love it, it`s impossible to satisfy everyone! hi, great education video. i am not a expert in slingshots but I think the bands have too much material. if they have 1/2 the size in weight . the slingshots should shooter faster, must faster. sorry for my English.

Never in my life have I ever seen a so called DIY video that broke the spee zone travling at super-sonic speed as you were talking. Expecting the veiwers to make any since uot of your yideo!!! Hello.So I was wondering if you were to live In a dry place (like myself.) would you need to dry out the wood?

Hello legocruz, you need to dry out the wood regardless where you live! using a microwave oven is the fastest way that i know to do it, the reason to dry out wood is to make it more tough and stable, preventing warpage and splitting after the piece that is been made is finish. Drying wood outside is a better way to do it but it will take longer, much longer period of time, and to make a slingshot it may not be necessary! thanks for watching my videos!

Thank you, that was very informative and I learn lots of neat tricks. I use to use scissors to cut sand paper, that ruins them. But with your trick, you simply fold the paper and crimp it with another tool to tear. cool
