What clay is this? It gives a great finish after firing, is it a blend?

Very nice and minimalist design. What’s the name of the tool on wheel to throw to same size? Thanks!

Thank you so much! It's called a throwing gauge, which you can find many different designs online but it'll do the job for repetitive throwing. I am thinking to cover this topic at some point on my channel.

there are some colorants that can be absorbed through the skin. It might be dangerous to get your hands excessively into the glaze.

Thank you so much for your comment! It’s not a particularly toxic glaze and sometime I just needed to check glaze consistency with my fingers so I cut shorter path.. I don't use any of the common nasties: manganese, chrome, barium, or leads so I’m not overly concerned. Although you are completely right and I should be using proper mixing tools or gloves!
