Please see that it's about the mechanism not of the skills you have and whoever is watching keenly and more interested like me would appreciate it if you mentioned like, how the lifting part works and how and where to get those parts and how the tilted mechanic works can be understood in the last end second of the video alright 👍

Please, please make a miniature table saw, I need them ASAP. Great video.
Such a machine will not fall apart? It seems to me weakly twisted. Dash the load and it will fall apart. Or not?

Loved how your trunnion works. blade shouldn't move when moving to 45 degree position or your measuring your piece will nearly be impossible.

Hi, at 4:15, how do you align the position of the trunnion in relation to the saw blade in order for the blade to come out through the same zero-clearance opening in the table top regardless what angle the blade is at?
@josvanhoof76164 жыл бұрын
I think a zero clearance opening is only for one position of the blade. When you change the bevel of the blade you need another zero clearance plate.
@walterkoziej41734 жыл бұрын
@@josvanhoof7616 no, there is a way to do it so that you don't need a different insert for different angles of the blade. There are a few videos on KZbin showing the end result
@josvanhoof76164 жыл бұрын
@@walterkoziej4173 Ok. thanks. Do you think this method works also on a Dewalt DW745 table saw?

Mathias Wandel will be proud of you. Every design detail, right down to the black PH2 screws, you are copying. And you watch John Heisz too obviously, as you have adopted his camera work, and a few of his wood working tips too. It's all fine, but why not just join the community around them, and be honest about it? No need to be ashamed of working from other people's plans - it's very much easier and cheaper than inventing the deep plate over and over... 😉
@mr.v47024 жыл бұрын
Hi there, For a young enthusiast of wood working like me, your advice and reminder is really helpful. Yeah, because of the reference of mechanism design from John Heisz, I have highlighted it as a reference in the appendix of this video. My vision of creating this channel is to encourage people (especially the Taiwanese people and the people surround me) to break barrier of DIY and start to love it. However, I will seriously take this reminder. thanks 謝謝

If you want to make a table saw with simple tools, you need to spend several thousand dollars to buy these simple tools.
