Making a tasty Chicken Stew on the Campfire with my Dutch Oven
In this video I will prepare a nice dinner. It will be a chicken stew with lots of wonderful spices, vegetables, cream and herbs.
I prepare the dish on the Campfire in my Petromax Duch Oven. A cast iron pan of 7 liters in total.

About my Outdoor Campfire Cooking Kitchen:
I love cooking food outdoors over open fire in nature. Sometimes on tour in the forest or other places out in the wild , and sometimes at home in my forest garden. Ingredients in the stew are:
Margarine
Garlic
Chili
Ginger
Parsley
salt
pepper
Paprika
Cream
Chicken
Chicken sausage
White cabbage
Tomato puree
Onion
Mushrooms
Red bell pepper
Lime
After frying everything, the dish was cooked for about 40 minutes, until the chicken was tender and the flavors of all the ingredients were cooked intensely.
