The defendant says the plaintiff got into tussles with the other neighbors, and he had to have her arrested for stealing when she stopped paying rent. If she issues a judgment against them, it is legally binding and they still owe the money. Their appearance fees can pay for some or all of the judgement.

I have edema that affects my legs and feet. I still worked when I was undiagnosed for years with it. But you cannot sue for a pre-existing condition that he did not cause. She needs to lower her salt intake and walk.

Two things. One don't try to diagnose people on the internet. Just because someone is a bitch doesn't equal mental illness. Second, BPD is a lot more than just being vindictive. Also, with BPD the want to get back at someone goes away very fast. I also want to add that a person with BPD does not take responsibility for anything they did. She frequently did throughout this trial. She would have denied calling anything on him. Said someone else did it. I also highly doubt she would have a job. People with BPD have major mood swings, one reason it is probably misdiagnosed as bipolar more than people think. BPD is a complex illness. And there is no pill that helps with it. Just intense therapy, that you do for 3 times a week.. I know all this from personal experience. But to go back to point one, don't diagnose people online. She is just a horrible human being.

I had a neighbour like this, use shut off my water so I couldn't shower after Chemo and my heat in the winter in Northern Ontario Canada. She was an absolute screw ball, I moved and they had to get her out through eviction.

Love the way Kurt backed away after asking about the bedbugs, I also noticed throughout the trial she was itching her head constantly, I have to say she also has head lice. The plaintiff caused both sets of the bugs...... I feel soooooo sorry for her kid(s).....
