Hi, welcome to Ambros custom. In this video, I am showing how you can build your custom Tig torch. This torch I have made from copper rod having dia 20mm x Lenght 36mm copper rod and Refrigeration copper pipe with 5/8" OD tube and Length 6". I used silver solder to connect both my rod and tube. For gas, I used a 1/8" OD tube with a Lenght 7".
The whole copper body of Tig torch I covered with glass fiber. I have found that glass fiber can resist the highest temperature.
I have made my Tig torch in such a way that you can disconnect the tig torch with wire and gas pipe.
For gas, I used an 8 mm OD pneumatic polyurethane pipe and a brass fitting to connect the PU pipe to the argon cylinder.
At the end whole body, I have painted with golden paint.
Overall I could make my design slicker. It looks like a jet car. But I am happy with the work I did. I tried to build that stuff which I can buy on the price which I spend for making and material. But the most important thing I learned a lot from my stuff. I got many ideas which I use in my upcoming build.

This is the coolest thing I've seen in a while, and I basically live at a makerspace with about 600 members.

Tried? Looks like you succeeded! How does it handle heat? can you run it for a while without the hot glue getting soft? That's really, really cool and I feel inspired.

Where'd you get that idea😂? Tig torches have been around for ages and they are pretty simple in design. This absolutely would work. You obviously know nothing about welding. Go back to your basement dwelling and sit in the corner to think about your bad attitude.
