By the way, you have built-in 2 layers T1, T2 that will render on the workspace, but without an output !!

That is correct now. This video was made before that feature was added. 😊 The process of drawing it would be the same of course. Thanks for the comment!

Is it me or did you not share your rotary settings? It was like you were clicking around but didn't screenshare properly?
@LearnPlasmacam Жыл бұрын
The screen share did not display the rotary setting pop up window. It was fully explained but not shown. The primary focus of this video was creation of the template for both sides. Because people have different type rotary setups, the actual setting was of minimal value. Thanks for watching!

Strange, i followed multiple tutorials on KZbin (all basically the same) on how to set up a Rotary Roller for Ortur Master 2. Disconnect the cable from the motor and set up the Lightburn. When i enabled the rotary, turned off soft limits,it causes one thing. When i cicked anywhere on the working area in Lightburn just to navigate the laser on that location, The laser starts to go on the right side and after reaching a frame, it didnt stop. It was just trying to go even further i thought it was going to brake. It just went crazy. But to get ti the point. How is this possible, that my roller Works absolutelly great If i just only unolug the cable and plug the roller in. No changes in Lightburn. Everything just stays Like without the roller. The roller isnt even enabled and it Works Like a charm. Any suggestions?

If your rotary is setup with a comparable mechanical drive ratio and is a ‘roller’ type then it could work as you say. I use a chuck type rotary so the diameter of the object must be used by the software to determine the correct drive steps.

I fist have to do a 90 degrees my design and then flip it for it to engrave corectly on the rotary . why is that . can you help me my . I can call u or u can call me. let me know

It would be normal to need your image rotated for the correct orientation on the tumbler. If you're having to flip it maybe your laser is configured to have the rotary chuck to the right side of the machine rather than left?

Thanks for your feedback. This is a direct screen capture of a tutorial for this specific program so we are limited to the quality in the program. I’m always careful to narrate any actions so the result should be the same, which is to learn how to make this template as I’ve done.
