This is the first I've heard of that. a confirmation, safe word, Verification word, I think that's a great idea! Considering that there was a company that was scammed through the use of a completely virtual board of directors on a video conferencing call targeted at one Member to transfer funds......

Thanks for the information on breathing and mouth noise. I noticed lately that I’ve had more of these in my recordings and I was not sure what what causing it. I need to move my mic back a little further and speak up. A problem I have that you may want to use for a subject in your future videos is: I tend to start out my videos speaking loudly, but speak quieter as the video progresses, plus I sew my video ‘takes’ together in the editor, which means my video listener volume jumps up and down throughout the video. I’ve looked for a audio filter that would even out the volume peaks in my editor, but have not found one yet. My solution, as of lately, has been to expand the waveforms in the editor, and ‘manually’ bring down the louder sections in my editor.

Look into a leveler. I use Auphonic and the one built into Reaper. Aside from that, practice and work on your technique

AI will do for sound and video, and is already doing, exactly what photoshop did for pictures. We used to think photos were incontrovertible, but 20 years ago things started changing. We stopped trusting photos, in large part. The natgeo photoshop of the pyramids was an historic watermark. The joe biden robocalls may have been the sound equivalent of that. While dangerous, AI is also really promising technology when used appropriately. The potential is amazing for sound, just like you note. I honestly expected you to show a fan and alarm clock in the background and then the raw sound with fans and alarm sounds. It can be that good for noise removal, but there's a lot of room to get better.

It's distracting when people use 100% ai processed and resampled audio. 99% of KZbinrs publish a video and don't care that it sounds off, they like that it sounds "better" 😩
