"They don't know what they don't know." EXACTLY! Some people love the IDEA of supergear. But as long as the product their getting is what they want, it shouldn't matter what gear you actually used (of course, real world, "should" being the operative word)

Premiere Pro and Media Encoder have a Loudness Normalizer in the "Effects" section of the export settings

My problem with content creators isn't so much the level of the audio within the video. Most that I listen to are pretty good at being internally consistent. Rather, my problem is that they often fail to look up the recommended levels of the hosting service. Although, I am a bit annoyed that KZbin and other services don't use the standard -23 dB LKFS, but often some much louder level. It wouldn't be so bad if I weren't listening to a string of videos, some at -16, some at -23, some somewhere completely different, and then get blasted by an ad.

-23 LUFS is too low for streaming video in my opinion. When that standard was made, TV broadcast was analog and TV volumes were pretty basic. In the digital world you can play with dynamics easier with it sounding good and headroom is different. This is why every streaming service is louder than -23

There probably is but I haven't researched them.
