"Making Amends" but Town Center's Don't Weaken Prometheus

This is the Age of Mythology Titans Campaign. This is the 10th mission played on Titan difficulty. Kastor, Amanra, and Ajax have been instructed by God Arkantos that Gaia has been preparing the land of Sikyos for the heroes to defeat the Promethean Titan. Normally we would build Town Center's to invoke Gaia's lush to weaken the Titan. But this time the Promethean Titan does not get weakened by the lush of Gaia. How will we defeat the Titan now??
