Hello, quick question. Wont the plants inside get dehydrated over time change color ?

No they have been dried out .when you see ppl use any flowers or plants in resin they would have been dried already with silica but you are correct if you just put a live plant in resin it will decrease & deteriorate .i use fake flowers as well in some pieces they come good there’s all sorts on here if you need any tips or short cuts .im gonna start doing bigger projects soon as well and few new ideas i got 👍👍
