An omelette that hits different. Also I will probably do it again with a diferent frying pan, with much better results, so be prepared for that.

Good editing! If you live in the EU you do have to wash your eggs but most other developed countrys that isnt the case. I typically just make sure to clean my countertop afterwards instead, any salmonella in the bowl would get cooked anyways.

I did not know that we have it different here in the EU:) And yes, heating will kill salmonella, but I like to think that having two points of error is better than just one:) Thanks for the comment!
