Lol,chalk markers can be a juicy mess, but so fun! I love my chalkola chalk markers with reversible nibs. I keep a large chalkboard at the back of my coffee bar and replace the art with the seasons. However, my husband, classically trained oil paint artist, created an adorable Christmas piece on the main board (I have two now) with a gnome speeding away in a truck carrying a pine tree in a snowy scene! So cute we couldn’t bear it to erase, so it’s permanent now for our Holiday board.

That sounds like such a cute scene; I wouldn't erase it either! Lol! These chalk markers were a blast - I really enjoyed them.

Yes, sticking with your regular supplies is a good idea. I just can't resist trying out fun stuff that gets sent to me. I had a blast!

I have a lightbox that is usb, but it does require being plugged in. My workaround in order to use anywhere is plugging it into one of those portable high milliamp battery things. That way I don’t have to plug it into the wall.

Oh that’s a good idea! I really wish I had gotten the rechargeable one, so I may give that a try instead.

@@starr-starr Yes, it works great! I love those charging boxes for everything from portable usb fans to charging iPads etc.

Yes, that's what I used to do while camping before I got this one or if I still want to bring my smaller one (the batter-operated one is quite large).

i dont think we ever took first day of school photos growing up, I just wanted to get to school and not wait around for photos to get taken and aww can never have too much Jack!

You have such a great imagination. I would not have seen a cat in the chalkboard. They are certainly messy. Thinking of sending a set to my 2 year old grandchild. Payback can be so much fun.

That kitty is super cute!! We had a giant black board when I was growing up and I loved to draw on it. I wish I could go do art right now, buuuuut my day job would probably appreciate me getting work done. Sigh. Super excited for Friday!!!!

Hahaha! But I know what you mean - drawing on a board is SO MUCH FUN! I'm also looking forward to Friday, but so many people are dropping out, I don't know who all will be left to watch. :-(

Your hair is so curly! Curly hair tribe 🙂 Do people buy entire products just for the first and last day of school? Who has the room for stuff like that? But I love how your kitties turned out! It was fun to see these -- I've had some chalk markers in my cart at JetPens for a while, so it's nice to see how they work. Also excited about Friday's video!
