Heard you guys talking about Sue - Sue is named after Susan [Sue] Hendrickson, who first found the specimen. This is generally how specimens get their informal names. Examples: Stan, Tristan, Sampson, Scotty, Jane... Though some get names based on other things like Peck's Rex [aka The Nation's T. rex], which was found by the Fort Peck Reservoir, and Black Beauty, which was named for the beautiful obsidian color of the bones.

As an Aussie who has watched many a Bathurst race, my fave part is always when a roo bounces out onto the track and gets launched by the front end of a car whose driver hadn't seen them. It's about as Aussie as driving gets, so it's appropriate that it happens in races held here too.

I like how we get introduced to Mikes driver as being so good their teammate is jealous. Then the first race he crashed into everyone and rolled the truck twice. Then after he dominated the next race by a mile suddenly his teammate says he is an amateur??
