Hi Lee! I don't remember exactly the type of connectors used. The most important thing is that they are three-pin connectors with high current capacity, and the cable used is 3 x 1.5 mm² (~15 AWG)

witaj super wyszło. ja wlasnie zbieram materialy na swoj projekt i mam kilka pytan. po 1 mysle o uzyciu znacznie tanszego sterownika takiego za 20 zl z pilotem - myslisz ze bedzie dzialac? po 2 ile jest kabla miedzy lampkami orginalnie a jaki TY zrobiles rozstaw ?? po 3 te lampki maja 3 kabelki a paski led 4 jaka to roznica??? aha ile ledów użyłeś?? z gory dzieki za odpowiedzi.

To może od środka ;) 2. rozstaw wyszedł różnie, każdy bok był dzielony na równe części, przewody miały po ok. 10 cm, a ja liczyłem na przewody 15 cm, jednak zapomniałem dostawcy o tym wspomnieć... 3. standardowe diody RGB mają wspólny "+" i trzy "-", od każdego koloru po jednym, w literach są użyte moduły z wbudowanymi sterownikami, mają "+", "-" i linie do przesyłania danych, 1. sterowniki za 20 zł są do standardowych diod/taśm/modułów RGB, gdzie wszystko świeci w jednym kolorze w danym momencie, tutaj jest potrzebny sterownik, który wysyła dane sterujące barwą i jasnością każdego modułu z osobna, dzięki temu są możliwe do uzyskania animacje takie jak na końcu filmu. Jeżeli chcesz uzyskać takie efekty jak na filmie, to w opisie są linki do najważniejszych elementów, jeżeli chcesz prościej i taniej, to będą też prostsze efekty.

According to the description of the controller ali.pub/3fna0r , it is able to handle 512 points at a speed of 30 fps and 1024 points / 25 fps, in this sign only about 140 points were mounted. Of course, as the number of points increases, we must increase the power supply current and the thickness of the power cables, or use several ground-connected power supplies.

@@CatLighting We are trying to create a control box that will be separate from the letters. The control box will house the power supply and the controller. So that would be the start. SO whatever a client would want, we link the letters together an attache the control box to the first letter. We are not being successful. Do you see this as being possible? How would you wire the control box and each letter?

@iPartyBooth Info Here you have some construction details www.instructables.com/id/Big-LOVE-Sign-Marquee-Letters/ , there are connection diagrams at the bottom. If the controller and the power supply are to be separate, all letters should have wires like the letter "O" and "V" then it will be possible to connect them in any order and add others. But you have to remember that for each new combination of letters/signs you have to create a new layout and effects in LedEdit-K software and upload it to the SD card.

Może być inny ale ale musi być programowalny, z możliwością rozplanowania punktów w przestrzeni, tak aby podczas tworzenia animacji komputer wiedział, gdzie, który punkt się znajduje i w jakiej kolejności są połączone ze sobą. To i tak jest jeden z tańszych modeli tego typu sterowników, T-1000S to chyba najtańsza opcja, podobny do K-1000C tylko bez wyświetlacza. Zwykłe sterowniki do programowalnych modułów LED nie pozwolą uzyskać takich animacji, co najwyżej płynną zmianę koloru każdego punktu po kolei, tak jak przewód prowadzi.

Takie pytanie, ten zasilacz można podłączyć pod 230 czy musi być akumulator bądź coś innego. Może ma Pan coś innego do zaproponowania

Przetwornica z projektu przyjmuje napięcie z zakresy 9-18V, więc akumulator samochodowy lub dowolny zasilacz z tego zakresu napięć na wyjściu. Jeżeli litery miałyby być zasilane zawsze z 230V, to zamiast przetwornicy lepiej wstawić od razu zasilacz 12V do środka.

No, trochę dałeś dupy z tymi wyliczeniami(albo ich brakiem) podczas zamawiania oświetlenia. Ale grunt, że poradziłeś. Trochę więcej roboty, ale efekt super.
