Why do we need a preservative in it

Anything that has water in the recipe or any water that may be introduced into the product should have a preservative. Hope that helps!

Does the oil and water seperate if kept idle for a while? I tried this recipie and every time I had it use, I had to shake the spray. Is there a solution where the ingredients do not seperate.

@@vincysaini3944 that's what the polysorbate is for. If your using poly are you using the 20 or 80? That will make a difference. The recipe calls for poly 20.
