I was wondering if your eggs would escape the flour well. Every time I try to make pasta in the traditional method, my eggs escape and run everywhere and even trying to dam the leak doesn’t help. Last time was particularly frustrating because I hadn’t completely closed the baking drawer in my island, where I make my dough, and the beaten egg ran all down into the drawer, necessitating that I stop, empty and clean the drawer first…. Frustrating endeavor!!
