From what I know about picking, I think she used 1 head of garlic, 1 cup of salt and 2 cups of suga. Let it sit overnight. Remove the cucumber and boiled the juice. Maybe dilute it with a little wata, if it is a little salty. Then at juice back in after it’s cool down.
