Nice work! Candles should always be used with very good ventilation. They really diminish indoor air quality.

I'm struggling to get my deer tallow candles to burn well with commercial wicks after experimenting with different sizes and materials. Are you using baler twine?

Why not strain out the meat peaces the first time its melted?

Yes we strain everything out moving forward.. made that mistake in this video..

We've got some with lids on them that are 3 or 4 years old and still good so far

You should have just strained it the first time.. and you wouldn't need to cook it again.
