Thank you for your video. Does Charlie (Y), jump on your shoulder and asks (fights) you for food? I saw her in the cage as you sat down to eat your dinner. That's why I am wondering.

You are very welcome! The cage is actually open, I just only open the small gate up top - If I make anything where I use the stove or something else she shouldn't get close to, I will put her in the cage and give her dinner so that she just eats and chills. Then we usually just keep her in there while we also eat, so that she dosen't get any good ideas, but she has actually never really been interested in human food (except if she clearly sees I'm eating pepper or something like that) :)

Loved your video how much of the chop does Charlie get daily? And does she also eat pellets or just the chop as her food?

Hi Barbara! She gets chop and also TOPS pellets, maybe a 70% chop and 30% pellets, where I normally give her chop with some pellets both in the morning and evening. Mostly because I noticed her poops being very watery with only chop, but with the combo they are tip top, and then she also gets the benefit of both :) I like to view pellets as a little protein and fiber boost, but where the bird still gets it's main vitamins and minerals from the natural source of veggies and fruit (and nuts and seeds for that matter, but I use those for training). Hope I answered the question!
