Ever wonder how to make parrot chop? This is what your parrots should be eating! This recipe is not only great for your parrot, but for you and your family as well! Here is what we used for our Parrot Chop:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Cabbage Mix
2 Cups Baby Spinach
3 Small Cucumbers
2-3 Basil & Mint Leaves
6-9 Strawberries
1/4 cup Raw Unsalted Pumpkin Seeds
1 Head of Broccoli
For the Change-Up:
2-3 Lemons, Juiced

I make a bunch chop for my Senegal Niko and freeze it. It lasts for about 3 months. I just let 1 bag defrost and add cooked quinoa or brown rice for a different taste. He is picky and thats why I change it up. Sometimes add wheat macaroni or sprinkle coconut flakes on top. He loves it
