Very nice technique.Short and to the point. Glad to confirm that you shouldn't let it boil as is shown in some other videos. No reason for the negative comments.

Horse feathers! Melt the butter, pour it in a jar, cool it, put it in the fridge. When you need butter, scrape the milk solids off the top of the fridged butter and put it on your popcorn. Whatchew have left is ghee with some water and milk solids on the bottom. Why all the suggestion that this is some kinda magic?
