I spend a day being barista on the fabulous Citroen vintage coffee van operated by Cafe Allez.

I enjoyed that! I often have a moan about the cost of coffee but the amount of equipment, skill and love that goes into making a truly great one is apparent here 👍

And it's a crazy cost to be at something like Truckfest ! You deffo don't make anything with restricted Covid visitors but still a full rent ! Nice to be back on the machine for a day though ! I've missed the process and the people

?? The time a drink takes to make is just what it is to craft a drink. At a large event there is the option to have 2 people working a machine, one pulling shots, one steaming milk .
