The quickest way to peel eggs is to gently smack the egg on every side on a hard surface and the shell falls off much easier. I use a small whisk to smash the yolks, it makes it easier to mash them.

Right, after boiling the eye eggs, put them into ice water. I put 5-7 ice cubes. Way, way, way easier to peel.
