This is such a great idea. I'm becoming more mindful and learning about the healthy, sustainable living starting with reducing the single use plastics. They are everywhere! It's hard to avoid them but one step at a time!!💚💛 thanks for sharing

I love the idea of repurposing old clothes by making them something completely different yet so useful! It is really helpful that you showed all the process from the beginning and I think they turned out really pretty as well! It's not easy to go low or zero waste, but even the smallest things matter! Your cat relaxing in the basket was so so cute! ❤🙂

Ha ha my cat likes to hang in my baskets too. Yes minimalism and zero waste goes hand in hand. The bedroom room, living room and dining room is the easiest I found to get Low waste in my home the kitchen and bathroom was a bit more harder but it is getting there. I like the frying method you use that would be easier for me also. I've also invested in silicone baking sheet, reusable ziploc bags and silicone bowl covers 😊💕

This u isa very timely, I read so many articles about sustainable living and how to reduce single use plastic .. You did a great job to introduce this method of transforming recyclable clothes in a bag to us. Also you sewed it only with your hands and not by sewing machine, but I know for sure how you felt after you finished all of it and it came out really good and look nice.💛

What a wonderful idea! I think you are right that we can't completely get rid of plastic from our lives but we can certainly all try our best to reduce plastic usage. This is a really great way to do it. I liked that all the fabrics you chose coordinated well together too :)

This had been done in the past as plastics are recent invention, I think I'll try making one or two bags for bringing sandwiches

Wow! Great share! Here in Japan no free plastics in convenience store when you buy, you need to purchase plastic for your goods or bring your own bag. Even in Supermarkets. This is a good idea☺️

I also use this reusable food wrap in the vegetable compartment of my fridge, but I've never seen how to make this.😊 That's what beeswax looks like...😮 It looks like a small yellow grain. Your efforts to protect the environment are amazing. Awesome, Pinay!! 👍🏻

This is the first time I’ve seen someone use a frying pan for making homemade beeswax wraps! I have a couple of questions. How are your wraps after long time use? Was it easy to clean your frying pan and tongs?
