Great tips on painting. Must try the wall texture and spray sealant

It’s good on helmets too.

I always love watching your tutorials. You inspire me to do the same and the nice thing is that you make it easy to follow and come up with something that is almost as good what you make. Thank you!!!

Thanks for sharing the wall texture spray idea! I'm attempting to make a pirate's cannon out of a discarded piece of 6" PVC pipe. This tutorial is exactly what I was hoping to find to create a metal "look and feel" from smooth plastics!

I also like to use Xmas window snow spray for texture. When you get a chance to take a shot at Xmas you take it!

Thanks for showing us this piping hot video. It's nice to see these great tricks I was feeling a bit rusty. Can't wait to see what comes down the pipeline next. 😉👍

Who knew that wall texture was the one thing may props were missing! It makes a big difference when you're dry brushing. 999

Didn't know they had spray wall texture paint. I'll have to give it a try on my next project.

Yep! If you had a lot of texturing to do, the dry mix sprayed through a hopper gun is the more affordable option. But if you're in a pinch the can stuff is great.

I just might try this technique on my wooden sign I created. I really wanted it to look like metal.

I love your tutorial videos! I'm actually working on a whole series of pipes right now for a "boiler room" type set up so will apply some of these techniques. By the way, whats the background music you're using, it's very catchy haha! Thank you so much!

Very convincing look! When I saw that Mod Podge you were using I wondered... does the nozzle not clog up after using?
@VanOaksProps4 жыл бұрын
It doesn't, surprisingly. You do have to really shake it before use though.

Will this technique work on pvc pipe? I’m trying to paint pvc pipes to look like a sewer piping.

Why would someone do this? That kind of announcement is too far in the future. Why not just say... it will be this Christmas? Lordy lordy... I want to see the video... why you do this to me for?
