You absolutely did inspire me to create something with this technique. Thank you! It's going to be a fake hood cage for my Zombie Outbreak Response Vehicle for Halloween as well as for Wasteland Weekend.

I'm curious to know how you used the pipes and the other fittings in your Halloween display?

I attached them to the wall in my haunted house.

I will have to try coffee grounds on the next styrene foan anvil I make. Because my anvils stay outside I will be using titebond II glue.

Good call on using the tightbond & you’ll probably want to clear coat with the engine enamel spray paint that I’ve seen recommended by another KZbin channel for items that are outside. Mine was for an indoor haunt so the glue & clear coat worked ok, but I did still have a little shedding of the coffee grounds. They add a great effect so I hope you are able to perfect that for an outdoor item!

Another thing you can use is spray foam, make sure you have a thick glove on, spray some in your hand and rub it all over then paint. It looks excellent. Your way looks great too.
