I felt so bad for Vendetta, she was probably 'making fiends' because of the way she was treated. I'm guessing that she was bullied before taking over the town, or underestimated, because respect seems like a big issue with her. I know I'm probably overestimating this shows plot line, but I can't help relating to Vendetta. She is that part of me filled with spite at my circumstances, the part that wants to stay upset and brood on my problems. Then Charlotte is the part of me that knows brooding is unhealthy, and that I need to be a bigger person. I guess that's why she always bothered me, she was my problems, or I should say she was how I would need to deal with them. I also have a headcannon that Charlotte is really the evil one here, and she is playing an innocent happy child, and that she's a psychopath/sadist who secretly enjoys watching Vendetta and the towns people suffer. (Which is why she always tries to annoy Vendetta/ruin the towns peoples' work and get them in trouble.)
