Charlotte isn’t a secretly evil or creepy character. She’s just an incredibly innocent, sweet, and naive child. Charlotte’s personality is a complete polar opposite to Vendetta. It creates a fun dynamic between the two. Now, her being overwhelmingly kind and oblivious to others negative feelings can lead to her being unintentionally creepy. The joke is that Charlotte is completely unaware/negligent of negative emotions. She’s only ever lived with chipper and positive people in her life.
