Recipes:
Josh: Mitraillette From Belgium
Ingredients
* Oil at 375 degrees
* Salt
* 8 ounces cubed chicken thigh
* 8 ounces cubed pork belly
* 1 garlic clove
* ¼ onion
* 1 ½ tsp ground mustard
* 1 ½ tsp ground ginger
* 1 ½ tsp white pepper
* 2 tsp salt
* Ice water
* 2 Tbsp breadcrumbs
* 1 batch fries
* 1 log frikandel
* Mayo
* Tomato paste
* Finley minced red bell pepper
* Finely minced onion
* Lemon juice
* Paprika
* Black pepper
* Baguette
* Shredded iceberg lettuce
* Sliced tomato
1) Blend all the meat and spices together in food processor, then wrap tightly in plastic, and boil until cooked, about 5 minutes, then drop in an ice bath.
2) Fry fries in oil, then pull, and dust with salt.
3) Remove frikandel from plastic wrap and deep fry in the same oil as the fries.
4) Mix the mayo, tomato paste, bell pepper, onion, lemon juice, paprika, and black pepper in a bowl.
5) Add lettuce, tomato, frikandel, french fries, and sauce to the sandwich.

* Small mixing bowl

Nicole: Halal Snack Pack from Australia
Ingredients
* ½ lb ground beef
* ½ lb ground lamb
* 1 tablespoon paprika
* 1 tablespoon dried oregano
* 1 teaspoon dried basil
* 1 teaspoon thyme
* 1 teaspoon black pepper
* 1 teaspoon cumin
* 2 teaspoons salt
* 1 cup yogurt
* Oil for cooking
* 1 lemon
* 1 tablespoon chicken salt
* Shredded mozzarella cheese
1) Mix together the meat with the yogurt and spices.
2) Place in a pan and bake at 400 degrees for 90 minutes.
3) Slice the meat thin and crisp in a pan with some oil and lemon juice.
4) Deep fry the fries until golden brown.
5) Place fries in a to-go container or a pizza box.
6) Top with cheese.
7) Add the meat.
8) Add more cheese.
9) Criss cross the sauces on the top.
10) Enjoy and bow down to the HSP baby!

Ingredients
* 1 small red onion
* 2 roma tomatoes
* cilantro, chopped
* 1 lime
* scotch bonnet powder
* salt
* 1lb yukon potatoes
* ½ green pepper, diced
* ½ red onion, sliced
* ¼ roma tomato, diced
* 4 large eggs
* 1 tsp Chili powder or Kashmiri
* Vegetable oil
* Chopped cilantro
* kachumbari (catch-um-bur-ee)
1) Thinly slice red onion and tomatoes into stripes. Add to bowl with cilantro and fresh lime juice. Season with hignoon spice and salt. Set aside for later
2) Peel and cut potatoes into thick cuts. Fry sticks in oil, pull, and sprinkle with salt
3) Lightly saute peppers, onions, and tomato in a pan until tender. In bowl, combine eggs, veggies, and chili powder.
4) In a pan, oil and lay out fries. Pour egg mixture over and spread evenly. After one side cooks, flip omelet onto a plate and slide it back in the pan to cook the other side.
5) Top with fresh cilantro and kachumbari
