You going to repaint that trailer or are you going to get a new one? If you paint it you should put some new bunk boards and cover them with that gatorbak with the LED lights mounted on the boards. You should also put some under lights and reverse lights on that trailer. I think gatorbak has a whole kit and you can get the lights with Bluetooth remote and the app. Just Google them or look them up on KZbin. They're really cool and if I had a boat I would put them on mine.

Try WD40 for a adhesive remover. Have had great success with it.

Easy off oven cleaner will take the adhesive off

So if you used the 3m light cut and polish to polish the boat, what were you using to cut the boat with? Also what wax did you use?

Is there a functional reason to sand down those scratches, or is it just cosmetic to make it look better for sale?

Probably marginally better hydrodynamics, mostly for looks though
