I'd love to see what you do with the apartment complexes themselves. That would sometimes mean doing two families at a time (the Cho and Riley families are in the same complex), but you are highly talented with your builds. Plus, watching the Condo district build was such a fun video. For the Sim bin families; I could see the Goodies living in a house next to Carlos Contender. They could be a trio of old people spending quality time together. The Gavigans could live in the same apartment complex as the Chos and Rileys, or the Baldwins. Little Isaiah is bound to be lonely as an only child. As for the Newsons, maybe the Mobile home. As a group of orphaned teens, children and toddlers, they wouldn't have a steady income. Now, onto what I did for Carlos. He often called up his elderly friends together so they could watch some sports together, or do some exercise as a personal trainer. He also ended up with Betty Goldstein.

I had already thought I might do Cho/Riley together regardless as they are neighbors and the storyline is that they are clearly pursuing a romantic relationship. Noted for the Bin families and will see what others suggest! I think when I planned an uberhood I had planned for Carlos and Betty to get together. Denise seemed to be fortuitous!

@@VioletKitty411Oh yes, Timothy Riley and Vivian Cho. They are such a cute pairing. Of course. I'll keep my eyes open. PleasantSims was the one who came up with those ideas, so credit goes to her. Oh wow. That'll be fun to see.

I'm excited for your redesigns, Belladonna Cove is really an interesting one. I love how most of it looks from the neighbourhood view, it feels more "real" than most TS2 neighbourhoods, the builds look cohesive enough and I like the different districts. The floor plans however... not good. My "favourite" is the warehouse looking house, I KNOW why it's one massive open space, I just don't like it. I'd like to nominate one of the apartment lots for a renovation. Tech Center Flats has an interesting shape from the outside, so the apartments having bathrooms bigger than second bathrooms and even a windowless room in one of the apartments is kind of a dissapointment.

They definitely fleshed it out a lot more than others with more community lots and better neighborhood decorations.

This turned out great! Also, just to let you know, there is a mod called Object Freedom that allows you to move any object up and down like you can with wall decorations or shelves, but also allows you to place two doors next to one another without moveobjects on. x

The new roof is perfect. It's kind of ironic that you usually put spiral staircases into houses but for this house, you removed the spiral staircases and used normal ones. The entire house looks great now. And thanks to the new basement, you were able to have more bedrooms. Now Carlos needs to get a fancy sports car to put in his new garage.

Yeah, a larger footprint for the house seemed to call for the standard staircase. As much as I love the spiral staircase (which TS4 still doesn't have apart from CC) it's not always the best choice. One thing I do appreciate about the standard is Sims can pass each other on it as they keep to the right. That was an amazing detail I noticed very shortly after release. But at least on TS2 spirals they don't have to wait until one Sim is completely up or down to follow. And yes, Carlos does need that fancy one which is the one I would have given him if I had enough money at the end!

I would likely just rebuild the apartments from scratch. In my experience, using cheats to edit the existing apartments can cause so many glitches.

I haven't had a problem as long as they are completely unpopulated, but if they are populated you can adjust A's apartment, but when you play B you won't see the adjustment to A's apartment.

I've never had a problem. In the Foofaraw home (one of my most recent) it's not only against the wall, it is at a diagonal between 2 small (Pets) fireplaces with a boom box on it. They still were able to use it. I just tried this right now and Carlos had no problem.
