Just the white inside cup is supposed to go in the freezer so it can freeze all over. Not the blue cup; blue cup can sit in the fridge with syrup bottle to stay chilled until you are ready to use.

You could put it in a tub and put it back in the freezer for a couple hours it might work willow try it and see if it dose help a bit more

Freeze the canister for a minimum of 24 hours, after adding the drink, put it back in the freezer for 40 mins. A very quick stir for a few seconds and it’s perfect!

I only put the white canister in I didn't put the whole thing in, mine has a bit of ice crystals an it's been more than 10 mins but not turned into a full slush yet unless I need to keep stiring

You aren’t supposed to put the blue part of the cup in the freezer only the white but so it would drip water on the floor

I believe in America you call them slushies like over here in the uk but when it is in a cone you call it a snow cone. I don’t know if I’m right or not

after you put the liquid in the cup put it back in the for 5 min, then stir it . keep doing that until it gets thick enough. then enjoy.

The syrups are basically just pure sugar which is why they need 1 part syrup to 5 parts water

If you have a good freezer it freezes in 4 to 6 hours

The mix freezes inside the cup creating ice you have to scrape it off the side of the cup this takes about 5 minutes and you get a good slushie ! You can pick the cups up from mankind

i chill it in the fridge for a few hours, and the cup is in the freezer over night, ive done it a few times, i do love the blue ones the best...

LOVE mine have tons of flavours from different companies. Gets me through the hot weather, £8 is for set but the cup is reusable forever so £8 is GREAT value! On eBay you can just get a huge array of flavours. You did it wrong too, you're only meant to freeze the inner part, also they do get alot thicker than that, once it gets to how yours was pop it in the fridge or freezer for 10 mins then restir and it will get thicker. Couldn't be without mine 😊 Try mixing the cherry syrup and orange syrup together omg that's such a good mix 👌🏻

Can you try out the non branded slush puppy cups and compare them as they seem to do a better job and quicker.Also you have very beautiful eyes.
