Well I had a significant number of people ask for this pattern, so here it is. What am I making next that's not armor related? Finally this damn bag I've had on my mind for months I think. Any suggestions?

Interesting... From looking at the pictures i would've assumed that the "tail" was worn at the front of the neck, not the back. My background includes a lot of years of "Olympic fencing" though, which is all thrusts, whereas I understand thrusts aren't allowed in many forms of HEMA? The top flap being open at the bottom reminded me of the "tip catcher" collars on fencing jackets.
@DarkHorseWorkshop29 күн бұрын
Ahhh. Well in the medieval game I play in (SCA) we through false edge / back blade shots that wrap around on occassion and have a chance of hitting the neck/spine area so the tail is necessary.

Do you ever make riding gear? Motorcycle is what I'm thinking. A number of your armors can be transferred over. But I was wondering about gauntlets/gloves with protection for the knuckles. Those shin guards that go all the way around with knee pads. And helmet ideas. These are a few this I'm wondering about so if you get inspiration from those ideas that would be cool
