Making Lemon Donut Cold Process Soaps

Bramble Berry has a new collection out called Dreamy Desserts and it all smells sooo amazing! I use the Lemon Bar fragrance oil for these donuts.

Smaller for sure. The 25 pound batch soaps are almost too heavy for me to handle my favorite is probably about a 10 pound batch.

Does your water get hot by adding the lye in it? I’m confused as to if I should heat up all my oils first then add lye water. You made it look easy! Glad I ran into your Channel. Also your frosting looks amazing!

Yes when you add lye to water the temps gets up to 200° You can do it the traditional way of adding your lye to your water and letting it cool. I like to do it this way because it saves time (not having to wait hours for the solution to cool)
