You can open the cover once a day to release gas. This is fermented product so a lot of gases will formed.

I made it 3 months ago. And the smells is nice, sweet and sour. I use it to wash my face and wash my hair too. But be careful, depend on your skin and the rinds that you use. My eco enzyme makes my skin become smooth and aoft

Yes you can use any types of fruits and vegetables but avoid use fruits high in fat like avacado or fruits that content latex like jackfruit.

I tried putting potato peel. It smells bad, like alrdy stale n rotten smells like garbage bin. Why ya?
